If you've done everything on Lakota's List, then it's about time to take it to a professional,, and they'll probably do a Coolant System Pressure Test, to rule out a leaking head Gasket.
A good professional will check a Gillion other thing's about the cooling system as well,, until they find the problem.
You never did give us all the detail's of your Truck, but if the AT is overfull,, that can also cause an overheat condition.
Like Lakota said,, there is a whole lot of thing's that can cause an engine to overheat.
Take it to a professional,, before the Engine Seize's Up, from getting too hot.
