Just to clarify, I've been a bit distracted by my own likely S/C noise here.

It's my opinion that proper specialized oil for the Frontier's Eaton M62 supercharger nose cone is readily available and easily replaced. 

Pulley Boyz has the 8oz GM bottles which is all you'd need.  I dare to say it certainly could not hurt if done properly, could  actually do a fare bit of good towards the life of your S/C nose cone bearings, none the least of which should you choose to reduce the size of your S/C pulley!
