What year is your truck again?  My 90 had the KA24E.  My frontier now has the KA24DE (2nd gen 240sx motor) 

There's quite a bit that is offered.  Especially if you switch out the ECU for a 240sx.  It'll be easy to get away with a turbo upgrade, along with a lot of the goodies.

my truck is an 87 model with the napZ24. I wanna evetually to an irs to it also with the motor. I have actually found a 300zx twin turbo motor for $800 im looking at getting.

ohhh goodies.  which one is it.  VG30ETT or VG30DETT?  Either way you can get a lot of goodies at JWT.  Too bad I can't take the stuff off the VG30ETT and put in on my Maxima.

i think its the dett...it is a jdm engine and in japan they junk nissans at like 40,000 miles so thats about how many it will have..

Simple way to figure it out... does it say Twin Cam on the valve cover gaskets.  The DOHC were the VE30DETT, and SOHC the VG30ETT.  I have a VG30E in my Maxima.
