I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier crewcab with 40050 on it. I had to buy new tires when the truck only had 230 miles on it. I live in Southwest Washington and all our logging roads have pit run rock on them which will cut up your tires in a hurry, especially when they are only 4 ply tires. I went with 275-16R 6 ply Toyo Open Countrys. Like I said they have about 39800 miles on them and are about half wore out. I bought them from Les Schwab in Longview, Washington. They are quite and I have never had a flat with them where as with the factory tires that came with the truck I had 6 flat tires in the first two weeks that I owned the truck. Paid about 800 for them.

I run the Yokohama Geolander AT/S in a LT265/70 R17

I put them on my truck when it had just a couple hundred miles on it. It now has about 11,500. I wanted the Falken Rocky Mtns ATS but they only had three in stock in my size and I didn't want to wait. I bought them at my local Discount tire store. They have good gription in the sandy washes and desert dirt roads here.

About 500 miles so far
Price: About $800 installed
Pros: Just had 10inches of snow fall and they have far
better traction than the BFG Long trails I just replaced.
No noticeable noise even though it's more aggressive tread
than the BFG long trails. Have 65000 warranty too.
Con's: None so far
