Hi MikeU71...the resister in my 2005 Frontier is located under the glove box.  You'll notice some wires going into a connector.  Unplug the wires, unscrew the 2 screws, and pull the resistor out...mine is pretty much shaped like a credit card.  In my case, the resistor blew out after a few months.  I then replaced the blower motor and resistor and now I've had no problem and it's been almost a year.
