It is a common problem due to the headlamps positioning from the factory, you guys think it bad with a stock Frontier just try it driving around with a lifted (over 6") Frontier for awhile...
As mention, its a relatively easy task that can be made by adjusting the headlamps position, although if memory serves me correctly the only way to reach the adjustment screws is by removing the two headlamp stationary screws, then pull the entire headlamp unit straight out. The lamp unit also has one snap plug located towards the bottom outside corner so it will take a little effort for it to pop out when pulling on it. After that you can re-set the angle of the unit's lamp direction.
