i know that i have done atleast 127 in my v6 but it felt like i could keep on going

cartier how did you get passed the top speed limiter ore the governor. i cant find a way to get pass it in my truck and it stops me at 103mph

i dnt know about the 103 my 05 nismo 4x4 can go past 120, i believe motor trend posted thiers around 135, as for the governor are you sure cause my never kicks in i thnk the mudd might screwed it up lol

Mine never hits a governor either, maybe cause its a manual, i dont know. But it will do well over 130+MPH.

I have a o4 2wd 2.4L 16v manual and the governor stope at 103 . MY 97 2.4 12v manual wood do 135 ez and ran 15 flat in the quarter. the o4 run's 16.13. I know the governor is holding it back.

The question was about the 4.0L not the 2.4L. The 1.6L difference is
probably what's holding you back.
