You might get a hourse out of it but i dont know if you would notice just driving around.  Dyno you might see a hourse increase.

I wouldn't waste my $$ on a TB spacer, I rarely see any gains with them.

Got it-  as in 1 horsepower. 
That kind of difference is negligable on a dyno anyway.

What do the manufacturers claim that the spacer is going to do for you anyhow?

The spacer is great for Carb motors.  The spacing helps atomize the fuel before it reaches the combustion chamber.  The spacer doesn't help a FI vehicle at all because most fuel is injected right at the valve.  Unless you have a 80s Ford or something where they had manifold injection

The manufacturers claim they give you 2-5 HP and maybe 3 more MPG.

On my dyno the turbinator type devices are usually worth about 10 HP...












...When you REMOVE them.
