I have a 2007 CC and it doesn't say "premium only on my gas cap". I've run 87 for 6 months except when towing my boat and the truck runs great. I've not noticed any diff. with fuel grades as far as mileage or performance.

Hey guys I ran some 93 through my 08 to try to get some better gas mileage. I norm get between 280-300 mi per tank and that is at 55 mph cruise. I did get a little better like 40 miles I had 340 mi . I do not let go below a 1/4 of a tank though. I am going back to 87 to see how it does I dont know if the truck is starting to break in or if the 93 was a fluke. I will let you know because I am taking a trip to NY 700mi away we will see how she does.

I use 87 octane and I get about 21-22 MPG with my 4.0 Auto matic.
Castrol 5w-30 oil.

Hello everyone, I am new to this board.
I am on my third crew cab, 1999, 2004 and currently 2007.
I put 147,000 on the "99", 129,000 on the "04" and have 35,000 on the "07' all on regular gas and all still running good when I traded them. I get 20 mpg on my current one which is what I got on the 04 also.
On a seperate note, has anyone ever tried on of the Fuel Optimization Modules? They claim a big increase in power, torque and mileage as a simple bolt on for like $30. Seems to good to be true as I read over the info on them. At least gas is down in price for a while.
