detailin tips
i use quick clay from meguiars to clean the surface of the paint (works well)
the use meguiars cleaning wax and gold class paste, after the those three steps apply onto the truck the paint is slick an feels awsome. for the the plastic i use black magic tire shine lol yes tire shine makes the plastic look amazing. For the interior i use amore all upholstery cleaner for the seats F-21 for the plastic.

The information provided at http://www.autopia-carcare.com/ is excellent.  Lots of information.  I use the Turtle wax polishing compound about twice a year and their cleaning wax every couple of months or so. F21 is excellent for the interior, and 303 (http://www.properautocare.com/303-16.html) works well on exterior trim.

for the plastic, i just use the Armor All Original wipes to bring back the original look of the plastic.  lasts for weeks, and it gets all the dirt and even the wax residue off with just a little scrubbing.

try wd40, it is waterproof, cheap, easier than spitting, and smells .......great

I just know it works really well on weatherstripping to keep it from freezing after a winter wash.

Anyone hear of diamonkote or 5-star shine?  They both look pretty amazing.

wd40... thats a good way, but when theres a few farms on your st, you get alot of dust.... I just spend the whole day today taking care of two or three off roading trips worth of mud and scratches, used the 3m med compound then the ultra fine, then some sealer polish... yah if i had a buffer it would have been alot faster, but parking in the sun after all that rubbing.. three times on the whole truck... it payed off to see the shine! there is no replacment for good old elbo pain...

I've used Zaino for years.  won't use anything else on my car, truck, motorcycle even my John Deere and bicycles.

Hello, Im new here; and the wax I have been useing since the day I bought my truck is turtle wax Liquid ICE. I have an 06 Frontier SE 4X4 and have used it on crome, plastic, tires, rims and even on the interior plastic. It seems to repel alot of the brake dust too.
