if you over extend your sub youll just be beating the crap out of it on your floor board.
What in the hell are you talking about? Are you saying the floor may get damaged by the bass?

lol, no. he is saying if you have a sub with large X-max capability (excursion, movement, etc), the sub's cone could possibly move so much that it could hit the floor and damage the sub. . .not the floor.
My plan is to install a guard over my sub to keep the floor pushed away as much as possible.
like the speaker grill on the bottom of this page:

or, even better, this:

yeah lol your not going to be hurting your floor or anything by anymeans. your going to be paying out the bum for new subs if you plan on having girfriends that listen to tons of rap.
but a sub grille is the best thing to do.

question for the supercrewsound guru, on your site, it shows a box only for two 8's for the 01-04 models. Could that be modified for two 10's or perhaps only one 10" sub. And are they sealed or ported?

There are actually two boxes on the site. One fits a dual 8 or single 10 and the otehr fits dual 10's.

I got an MTX Thunderform for my '05 CC from SuperCrew. My deck isn't super spectacular, but it's a decent Panasonic MOSFET 50w x 4 unit with separate sub channel and low pass control. I mounted the Thunderform (amplified 10" down-firing sub in an enclosure that perfectly matches the interior) under the rear passenger side seat, then threw in JBL/HK GTO's in all the doors. The Thunderform requires some tuning time to get it balanced with your system, but when you find the sweet spot, it's sweet. The GTO's are 200W RMS and have a very respectable range and adjustable tweeters, are reasonably priced, and fit with no mods except for wire splicing. Fronty's a great vehicle to wire up, because everything pops off with no tools. The door panels are the only things I needed a screwdriver for, and a trim tool came in handy there, too. The grand total is something like $700 including the used deck I got on a classifieds site, and the sound is way better than the factory Rockford-Fosgate system I declined when I bought my truck.

Are there any boxes that allow for the back seats to be used in an 06 King Cab?
