Where did you go to get that done? I would love to but I'm in the
aftermarket dark age up in Canada. Any actual kits or just custom?

I have a 2007 frontier with volant intake w/ true dual exhaust. I can say you will notice better mid-rpm range gas milage and better high-rpm torque. I think volant is truly the best. The only problem was I had to relocate my horn, but the benifits are well worth it.

true dual... now that sounds exiting... find a high tech person and post a clip, that i want to hear. Are there any x points or is it just compleatly independant?

Any who, i have the K&n system, and the hardest part was putting in the box, 10 min? 15 min till it was all done, no problems since, and the dealer didnt care at all. All vaccume lines hook up with all sensors. sounds great and came with  a dyno comparison for the system tuned on the frontiers 4.0 engine. good buy.

There are no x points and no y's... I was told I may lose some low end torque, but with my volant intake I haven't noticed anything but solid gains. I have 2 flowmaster 40 series mufflers, with 3" tips to give me the low pitch. I am getting some JBA headers and have a WRP racing underdrive pulley on the way.

I should be able to get my truck to about 355 hp according to the manufacturer specs of the parts.

i dont ever trust man specs ... get it tuned... get some sort of a af controler and push the limits. I've got a connection at  a dyno because of my 300zx project, that should be running soon... the motors allmost compleated, im wating for my cams to come back in from schnider, and the rebuit and spect turbo from turbonetics and i should be golden... but back to the frontier, i dont exactly agree with loss of torque because of a x or H in the system... its to keep both banks balenced . also Hi flow gives horse power and sacrifices torque. its a fine line to gain both. Thats why long intake runners and long pipes on cold air intakes produce more toque vs short stuff makes hp . for exhaust, i would have designed a cross over, even the 5.0 mustangs have em, 350z, even twin turbo z.s have em.  So i would be interested in seeing a dyno... now im actualy realy interested... get it dynod with an A/F controler and headers then post your gains ... and now i realy want to hear the exhaust clip... it must have a cool popy sound as it revs down... like a garble.... better than that fart noise because of the drain hole in the stock muffler.
