Not a bad idea but I have one BIG problem.

I'm a mechanic.... have you ever looked at mechanics' cars?  We never have anything that nice.  And for one simple fact.  After we get done working on everyone else's  all day.  We have no energy to come home and work on our own.

That's why I had the guys at Mobile FX install my stereo system.  My friend Terry do my clutch and axles on my Maxima.  And many other things that I haven't done myself.

And I love that emoticon.... that's perfect for me somedays.

You have the mouth of a mechanic, ehh.. haha.

I know exactly what you mean. I work with Networking and Computers all day yet I don't even own a computer because when I get home, thats the last thing I want to look at.

As far as the idea, yeah, I think it's a pretty good idea and it's probably a simple job if you think about it. Just cut wth a miter saw or a sawz all and throw a bead across the new seam, should only take about 30 minutes... but then again, if someone asked me to setup their wireless network, I wouldn't want to do it, even if it only took 30 minutes.

Well,  I just went to the local muffler shop and it so happens I know the guy who works there.  He hooked me up with a 40 series flow installed for $100.  I kept the tip stock for now.  I may go with the side exit in front of the tire with a dual tip...

It sounds real nice.  Is it just me or does the motor seem to take a while to wind down.  It seems to hold the revs for a bit in between shifts if you know what I mean...

Well, I don't really know in your case since you have the 6sp... I wanted one but it wasn't available at the time... actually good for me though because I'd be racing around town like a maniac.

You got a smoking deal JBoat!! How do you like the sound of the 40 series? Pretty aggressive, right?

Bigger rims asap... it just doesn't look right.  It's like the 90s fords with the little tires.
