i am getting squeaking from my front suspension, it goes away when i turn for the most part, its only when i am driving straight. and i also have the "nissan creak" when i am at full lock left or right and going over a big bump or curb. i know a few other people with frontiers and xterras having the same issue. i have recently (within the last year) replaced my lower ball joints and shocks. anybody have idea of what is causing this noise or where i should start looking/what i should start replacing?

Lube the steering stops and the hood latch.

And spray silicone into the rubber bushings on the front anti=sway bar.

removed the upper control arms, and the bushings look brand
new. no cracks or any sign of hard wear. so i know thats
not where the noise is coming from. im thinking it might be
the lowers, but ive never removed the torsion bars before,
and im not sure that i can get them put back the right way.
any other ideas for the source of the noise? or any tips on
removing the torsion bars?

Again, just spray a silicone lubricant that penetrates onto the bushings.  Let it soak in and drive.  See if it m,akes a difference.  I have done this on numerous vehicles to get rid of these squeaks that eminate from bushings.  If you take the torsion bar out, then lube the surfaces with a silicone (not oil based) grease and reassemble.
