Absolutely not! No Nissan products are e85 compatible.

Nismology, 10% ethanol is OK; it won't affect engine longevity.  But 85% ethanol (E-85) requires special gaskets and metals to be used to prevent gasket failure and corrosion of metals.  That is why at GM, for example, the E-85 use is a special option.  When those vehicles are built, they receive different gaskets and parts that are exposed to ethanol are made of different metals.  These upgrades will also hold gasoline but they are more expensive, so right now you have to pay extra to have a vehicle that is E-85 compatible.

Ethanol is being used for two reasons.  It replaces MTBE which was added to increase the octane rating of gasoline (ethanol has a very high octane rating on its own) and also ethanol can be cheaper than gasoline on a volume basis.

So use the 10% ethanol in gas but don't use E-85.
